An Investors in
People Action Plan
As a result of either a Diagnostic or an Accreditation
assessment undertaken by Investors in
People, an Action Plan is produced highlighting Areas of Good Practice,
Areas for Development and
Areas for
Improvement.
Areas of Good
Practice outline those factors
which contributed to the meeting of the
Indicators of the Investors in People Standard. These are
highlighted to ensure that these strengths are maintained into the
future.
Areas for
Development summarises the key themes and areas
that require further development to meet the Evidence Requirements
of the Standard in the future. These points will form part of the
Action Plan and will be the focus in subsequent Investors in
People reviews.
Areas for
Improvement are noted in the belief that a
culture of continuous improvement exists within an organisation and
that by addressing the points mentioned, further improvements will
be made in the way the organisation develops and supports its
people. These points will form part of the objectives for
assessment in subsequent Investors in People
reviews.
