Gaining accreditation to the Standard and being recognised as an 'Investors in People' organisation typically involves the following:

1. Attending the Introduction to Investors in People one-day workshop.
2. Undertaking an early diagnostic assessment.
3. Working to the resulting Action Plan.
4. Accreditation Assessment.
5. On-going reviews - beyond the Standard   (Bronze, Silver, and Gold)
6. Health and Wellbeing Good Practice Award
7. Agribusiness
8. Using the logo
